Finally, there is the problem of a timeframe. You have within 90 days of making your first cash deposit to deposit $600 total. * For cash games of 8 seats or more, your table earns 6 FPPs per dollar or 8.5 FPPs per euro of "rake" collected per hand (the amount of money Poker Stars removes from the pot as payment), distributed evenly among the players that played in the hand. For instance, if nine people are in the hand and the rake collected is $3.00, the table earns 18 FPPs; split among nine people means each player acquires 2 FPPs.

* For cash games of 7 seats or less, you get 5.5 FPPs for every dollar or 8 FPPs per euro of rake paid, distributed among the people involved.

* For those especially enthusiastic, you can accumulate FPPs at double (after receiving 3000 FPPs in a month), triple (100,000 in a year), or even quintuple (1,000,000 in a year) these rates.

You might decide that the PokerStars Marketing Code is not as good as PokerStars.com initially makes it seem. If you receive 2 FPPs for every hand, you still have to sit through 5100 hands in order to acquire the entire $600, and you have to risk losing more money than that along the way. However, if you enjoy online poker, it's a nice way to get rewarded for playing a game you love at one of the few legal us poker sites.
